| Solution |
InLine-CASB feature is added from FortiOS 7.4.1. Firmware versions 7.2.X and 7.4.0 do not have this feature available. InLine-CASB can be enabled from System --> Feature Visibility --> InLine-CASB.
As shown in the picture, InLine-CASB is grayed out. Run the CLI commands mentioned below to enable it.
config system settings set gui-proxy-inspection enable end
Go back to System Feature Visibility -> InLine-CASB enable it and select 'Apply'.

Note: This feature is not supported on FortiGate models with 2 GB RAM or less.
Note: If the feature is not visible after enabling it, a reboot is required. After rebooting, the feature should be visible.
