Solution

Users may see a <N/A> user under 360 Degree Activities Report.

 

The 360 Degree Report obtains user information from the 'user'/'unauthuser' data in the log files uploaded by the FortiGate.

 

If there is no 'user'/'unauthuser' data in the log file, the 'N/A' will be displayed as the user.

 

For example, in the following log, there is no 'user'/'unauthuser' field, so for this log <N/A> will be displayed:
