Description
Virtual VLAN switch builds on the Hardware Switch mode, by allowing vlan tagging to be configured and the configuration of trunk interface(s).
The ports that can participate in these vlans and trunk(s) are limited to the Hardware Switch ports only.

On these models by default, VLAN Switch interface will be visible instead of hardware switch interface in GUI when trying to create new interface.
Solution

The ports that can participate in these vlans and trunk(s) are limited to the Hardware Switch ports only.
Refer below link to create VLAN switch.
To get the option of hardware switch interface, disable virtual-switch-vlan from global settings.
# config system global
set virtual-switch-vlan disable
