Description | This article describes how to modify the IP given by ISP on FortiGate. If doing so it is needed to make sure that the changes are made to SD-WAN settings as well. |

Solution |
First, modify the WAN interface by selecting Network -> Interfaces -> WAN port. To make these changes, select edit, change it to the desired IP address, and then select OK.

Note that making the changes in WAN1 Interface will not automatically update the gateway in SD-WAN. It is necessary to update SD-WAN settings.
