Description
This article explains how to enabled the viewing of the DNS server under the GUI in FortiOS 5.6 onwards
Scope
FortiOS 5.6 - DNS server
Solution
From 5.6.0 onwards DNS server can be enabled from GUI go to System -> Feature Select, select DNS Database and select 'Apply'.
Through CLI using the following command:
# config system settings
set gui-dns-database enable
end
The option is now be available under System -> Network -> DNS Servers.
