This error usually appears in the console output when the image is loaded to boot up after a manual or automatic reboot.

To resolve this issue:
- Do the hard reset (Format the unit with an external button) of FortiGate and allow the boot up again.

- Before doing a hard reset take a valid back up.
- After doing this If the issue persists, open a ticket with Fortinet support
- Attach the console output to the ticket.
