Scenario:
- FortiExtender has lost connection CAPWAP and does not re-establish the connection.
- It has been observed that the FortiExtender is stuck in Sulking mode/CWWS_MAINIP and the EXTD ac_disc daemon is enabled, but no outputs are seen.
