Installation of a FortiEDR Windows collector may fail with the error code 2755:
To resolve this, ensure that the folder C:\Windows\Installer exists:
Existence of the folder can be confirmed by directly accessing it from File Explorer (the latter does not show it, even with all hidden items shown).
If the folder does not exist, create it to resolve the installation error. |
