Description This article describes commands to use to provide more information to TAC when creating a new case.
Scope FortiDDoS.
Solution
  1. SSH to the FortiDDoS:

 

get system status

 

  1. On the FortiDDoS GUI, obtain a debug file under System -> Debug -> Save Debug File (Debug File path).
    Attach the system_customer_debug_file.

  1. Provide details of protected services required behind each SPP (or a Topology).
  • Explain if FDD is standalone or in an HA pair.
  • Explain whether traffic in the network will have a symmetric or asymmetric flow and if there is more than one link connected to one FortiDDoS (LACP, for example).
