Description This article describes how to move devices from an existing FortiEdge cloud account to a new FortiEdge cloud account.
Scope FortiEdge Cloud.
Solution
  1. Open a Customer Service Support Ticket to raise a request to move the registered devices from the existing FortiCare account to the new FortiCare account.
  2. Once the devices are moved to the new FortiCare account it will show up under 'My Asset'.

  1. Login to the FortiEdge cloud account from the new FortiCare account.

  1. Go to Devices -> Inventory and select the 'Refresh' tab to populate the devices in the inventory list.

  1. Deploy the devices to the networks linked to this account. Refer to this document: Deploying a FortiAP device to a network.
  2. Refer to the link below (page 34) to move the assets without config loss on FortiEdge Cloud.
