This article discusses about 405 errors in Windows Agent or OWA Agent logs. This is usually due to an incorrect API key (link to KB to create a new key will be below) or the interface of the FortiAuthenticator is not setup to receive REST API calls. |

Solution |
- Log into the FortiAuthenticator and go to System -> Network -> Interfaces.
- Check the box with the network facing interface(s) that will be receiving REST API calls then select 'Edit'.
- Ensure 'REST API (/api/)' is enabled under: Admin Access -> HTTPS (TCP/443).
