This article describes how to create a QR code for an SSID.

Solution
QR code generation is not a function of FortiGate as a wireless controller, it is only a graphical representation of information, which can be business cards, URLs, and in this case Wireless Connection Parameters that can be read and used automatically by many devices like phones, tablets etc.
It is possible to perform a quick internet search to find web pages or programs to generate a QR code for an SSID, some versions of Android and IOS generate a QR code to easily share WIFI settings between users.
Note that QR codes only can be used for PSK security-based SSIDs or open SSIDs.
