This article describes how to create a CS ticket to facilitate a customer-initiated device transfer. It provides step-by-step guidance to ensure a smooth transfer process. |

Solution |
After logging into the web portal, select the '▼' icon, and select 'Create a Ticket'.
In the Customer Service section, select 'Submit Ticket'.
Enter the following message: Transfer the product listed below: Serial number: Serial number of the target device. Transfer From: Source account name Transfer To: Destination main account. Requester: Customer's name, and account name.
A confirmation screen will appear. Review the details and select 'Confirm'.
Once the 'Successful' message appears, the process is complete. Further communication will be received from the CS team shortly. Basically, the device transfer will be finalized once both the email address entered in 'Transfer to' and the email address entered in 'Transfer From' confirm the approval by replying via the ticket or by email. |
