Webfilter not working

Hello,

I have a problem with my webfilter... it not working anymore. All web traffics are allowed and bypass the filter...

I dont know why... and it worked fine in the past. I my configuration, i have a fortigate 100E with 5.6.6 update.

I have a IPV4 policy with LAN to INTERNET (Wan1) and default webfilter activated, antivirus, application control,nat and ssl.

How i can trace traffic and see what's going on ?

I have delete the ipv4 policy and create new one with new filter... same problem, all traffic is not filtered. I have tested with my second WAN... same issue.

What is the logical way and best way to configure webfilter correctly ?
