Transparent Mode-Dns loopback

I have a VDOM and it's opmode is TRANSPARENT. I want to enforce safe search on Google and YouTube, with the dns-loopback and redirecting traffic to forcesafesearch.google.com I can't see the dns servers option on my network settings. Is there any possible way for me to still enforce safe search while on Transparent mode? Please help
