You will need to define an Application Control policy and a traffic
shaper. Apply the shaper to the desired Applications, then apply the
Application Control Policy to the desired ipv4(6) policy.
"List resources" is only going to check for a preset list of generic
MIBs (Volumes, Interfaces, Routing Table, etc) Since a policy-based VPN
does not have an interface, you will need to create a universal device
poller to poll the MIB for the phase 2...
