Hello, Will you be able to share the the Debug Diagnostic tool logs and the time stamp when the issue was reproduced?Also, If you have valid EMS/FCT license, please raise ticket with TAC with latest Diagnostic tool output.

Hello no_one, The mentioned issue was reported as BUG and fixed in the latest FCT version 7.0.3. Since the latest FCT version is not available on forticlient.com (We have informed the concerned team to verify and upload the correct latest FCT build)....

Hello, Can you please confirm if you after having disabled IE enhanced security configuration, did then reduce the security level from 'High' to 'Medium-high' or 'Medium'. ?If not please change the security level to medium and verify.
