I can verify that we are having the same problem. If you need to get
something working for sure. Use the URL Filter and set it to exempt
instead of Web Rating Override.
Thanks for the info in this thread. This made me realize I am trying to
run both Flow and Proxy. I've been running into memory issues on the
firewall. Which was causing the unit to go into conserve mode.
