Hi guys. The problem was not the AP, the IP address was duplicated and
the web page was a Hikvision device. Changed the IP and the AP is
working fine. Thanks for the answers.
I think it is 223E, it is located in a remote office with difficult
access, and I deleted it from Fortigate. So no firmware info either. You
mean factory reset with the button?
