Thanks, I was able to sort out the problem. In the end I managed to get
a certificate by creating an enrollment request on the FAC and the
following command on the clientopenssl cmp -cmd ir -server
http://192.168.1.99/app/cert/cmp2 -ref
-subject /C=...
