Windows Agents Disconnected after I re-deployed 7.1.3 SIEM Collector install (Help) diagose please

Facts :
All the collectors are Approved just Disconnected
All the process on the collector are healthy
Where do I start with this to diagnose the issue?
logs? restart the agents? how do I restart 227 agents?
does Enable on the CMDB devices do that?
When he ran the install of the Collector was there a type of install he should have done? I know the agents need the IP of the Collector so how do we add an IP to all 227 if that’s true?
