Description

This article describes the behaviour where the Captive Portal page displays an error indicating the site cannot be reached.  Portal SSL mode is set to Valid SSL certificate.  

Scope Version 8.x & 9.x
Solution

Ensure the SSL certificate issued by either a public or internal Certificate Authority (CA) is installed in the Portal target in the Certificate Management view.
