Technical Tip: How to Install Spam submission plugin for Microsoft Outlook 365

Description	This article describes how to install a spam submission plugin for Microsoft Outlook 365.
Scope	FortiMail from v 7.0.x.
Solution	Download the plugin from the Fortinet support website. In the web browser ,visit the website: https://support.fortinet.com/support/#/downloads/firmware In Selected Produc,t choose FortiMail and go to Downloads -> Plugins. The plugin can be downloaded from here: FortiMail_Spam_Sample_Submission_Outlook_plugin.exe.   Install the plugin: Open the Outlook 365 application. If Outlook is already open, close Outlook and run the App again. New Submission buttons are available on the Home bar. If the submission buttons are not visible, in the Outlook 365 app navigate to: File -> Options -> Add-ins. The FortiMail Spam Sample Submission Plugin is located in Inactive Applications Add-ins. Select 'Go...' to manage the add-ins. Enable the FortiMail Spam Sample Submission Plugin and select 'OK'. The spam submission has been successfully installed. Once the plugin is installed, the message ‘Sample is not supported’ might be shown.                                                                    This is likely the submission of old emails that were delivered before the plugins were set up. The new emails will display the message ‘Sample has been submitted.
