Troubleshooting Tip: FortiGate GUI (Graphical User Interface) stopped working properly after selecting the option to use the new layout in version 7.4.1

Description	This article describes the issue where the FortiGate Policy GUI becomes blank after selecting the 'use new layout' option in version 7.4.1. The issue was resolved by restarting the httpsd process. Provided commands kill all instances of the httpsd process and refresh the GUI for the FortiGate Policy tab. After executing the provided commands, all created policies became visible again.

Solution	Execute the following commands to kill the httpsd process: fnsysctl killall <process name>   fnsysctl killall httpsd The above commands will kill all instances of the httpsd process, refreshing the GUI and making all created policies visible again. Note: Super Admin privilege is required to run the 'fnsysctl' command.
