| Solution |
When creating a VIP object one may encounter the below error: Go to Policy & Objects -> Virtual IPs -> Create New -> Virtual IP, make the necessary entries, and select 'OK'.
The same error on the CLI as well:
Be advised, that in such scenarios, the IPs entered would be a gateway for one of the static routes that already exist.
It is possible to bypass this error only by changing the gateway IP of the static route or by deleting that static route. |
