This article explains when reverse-shaper used in the shaping policy; FortiView does not show the traffic shaper information.
Solution
When reverse-shaper is only available in the policy there is no split bandwidth per session into Tx and Rx.
Traffic shaping FortiView will only show Tx bandwidth but rerver-shaper applying on Rx so this is the reason for ForiView does not show the shaper information.
So,this is recommended to apply the both direction traffic shaping in the shaping policy to view shaping information in FortiView.
