| Solution |
The issue can be reproduced after importing the locally signed certificate, it can be observed by going to System -> Certificate -> Create/Import -> Certificates -> Import Certificate as shown in the screenshot below:
The false error 'Unable to create certificate' will be seen right after uploading the certificate and selecting the 'Create' button:
However, the imported certificate status is still valid after import and can be used without any issues as shown below:
