Description This article describes how to find to which ISP SSL VPN user is connected while using multiple WAN connections for SSL VPN.
Scope FortiGate.
Solution

There are two ports used to establish SSL VPN connections. In this example, WAN1 and WAN2.

Port 1 - https://10.9.10.105:10443.

Port 2 - https://10.9.26.105:10443.

In this example, connect to SSL VPN using port2 with the IP https://10.9.26.105:10443.

The user is now connected:

To check which port/WAN user is connected to SSL VPN, follow these steps:

 

Log into the FortiGate GUI -> Select the Dashboard -> Select Network -> Select SSL VPN.

The username of the connected user will appear. Right-click on the user and select 'View Connection Details'.

Under Source interface, it is possible to see the port through which the SSL VPN user is connected.

Use the same method to find the source port for the user connecting through tunnel mode (FortiClient):
