FortiGate shows the following option and the user is not able to enter anything in the boot sequence. 
This behavior indicates that some device in the network has console access to FortiGate and is continuously passing some key like H to interrupt the boot sequence.
It is possible to see this behavior when the user is connected to the console through a serial console server. For example, Cradle Point.
The user needs to connect directly and physically plugged into the console of the FortiGate and not through any console server. Also, the required user should try removing all the cables from the FortiGate and only connect using the console. |
