After launching the FortiAuthenticator Agent for Microsoft Windows.
In the general tab, add the FortiAuthenticator IP.
Domains will not be visible after adding the wrong IP or FortiAuthenticator name.
The wrong IP or FortiAuthenticator name and post the Rest API Key added.
Try to enter the correct FortiAuthenticator IP, but the option will not appear to add the correct IP again.
Solution:
Add the correct IP in the FortiAuthenticator Agent for Microsoft Windows.
Create a new user and generate a new REST API key.
Steps to generate a FortiAuthenticator REST API key:
Log in to FortiAuthenticator.
Go to Authentication -> Local User Management -> Local Users.
Edit the admin user.
In the Role section, enable Web Service Access.
Select OK.
An email will be sent to the user with the API key for the new user.
