Solution
The upgrade paths are not strict. There are 2-3 versions that can overlap in any step.
There is no specific reason why both upgrade paths are valid.
The tool provides you with the flexibility to choose different upgrade paths in case there is a known reported issue to avoid during the upgrade process.
The purpose of the upgrade path is to offer the least number of upgrade steps from one version to another.
