Solution |
ComLog is a feature on certain FortiGate hardware modules that can record console output. Once it is enabled, it can record console output logs up to 4MB filesize.
It is confirmed, that when the files reach the max filesize, FortiGate will overwrite the old log entries.
To enable/disable the feature:
diag debug comlog enable/disable
To check the status:
diag debug comlog info
To show the entries:
diag debug comlog read
To clear the log entries:
diag debug comlog clear |
