This article describes how to remove the FortiCloud master account.
Scope
FortiCloud.
Solution
Log in to the FortiCloud portal using the master account credentials.
Go to the Account Settings section.
Locate the master account user in the list of users.
Select the 'Delete' icon next to the master account user.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Note:
Deleting the master account will remove all associated sub-account users and their access to FortiCloud. Make sure to back up any important data before proceeding with the deletion.
