Description
This article describes how to import multiple FortiToken hardware instances at once from a list.
Scope
FortiAuthenticator 6.4, FortiToken hardware.
Solution
To import hardware FortiTokens using serial numbers, open a text editor of choice. This article will use Notepad ++.
This step assumes a text file with no more than 50 serial numbers is being used.
List all tokens from purchase orders in a text file. Once imported in FortiAuthenticator, they will be activated in the background.
Navigate to Authentication -> User Management -> FortiTokens, and select Import.
Upload the created serial number file.
After selecting OK, all FortiToken hardware from the .txt file will be registered on FortiAuthenticator.
