sending email by automation function when admin login
Hello,
I have been testing automation function in 6.0.5.
But It doesn't work well.
I hope someone will give me a good advice.
Here are my snapshots on my configurations.
Global > System > Advanced > Email Service
The automation was triggered as below, but I couldn't get any email.
And the following screenshot in MGMT Vdom's system logs show it was triggered.

Finally the image is result of diagnostic.
Please somebody help me.
Thanks in advance

Dear Kicheon,
If you haven't already, I would suggest using an internal email server to check if the firewall indeed sends the email and if the configuration matches your defined settings.
For example, does it reach the mail server? Does it authenticate (if applicable) ? Is the sender correct ?
Best regards
NL
