1. assign ip add to wan1 of ist ISP.
2. add static route
3. add policy from internal to WAN1
same thing for 2nd
assign ip add to wan2 of 2nd isp
add static route
add policyy from internal to wan2.
this is the procedure as per me.
but here there is no load balance. so for load balance we have three choice, source ip based, weighted and spill over , and also add ping server to wan1 and wan2

i just add something about these config. To permit all if two lines working in your network, you must put the same disance route. For ewample 1 to route WAN1 et 1 to route WAN2
