Video upstream Problem

Hi,

We use FGT 300D and currently facing disruption in video upstream. Our ISP link has bandwidth speed of 40Mbps up and down, yet we're unable to upload it without packet drop (Rate of upload - 720pHD at 2.5Mbps or 720PHD at 1Mbps).

When VMIX upload server directly connected directly to isp, upstreaming is working fine. But, when the server is connected to fortigate, the streaming gets disconnected after few minutes. I've configured 30MBps traffic shaping for that server.

Additionally, I have attached the error log taken from video upload server.

Hi

any UTM profile is enabled in server policy ?

which port is using for streaming?

try the below command

config system session-helper

show full-config

if you find your port in that session helper try delete the entry and try

Regards

Mahesh
