using https: SSL VPN after launching rdp session black screen

Any advise?

Java problem? Java version should be which version? 

I'm using latest version Java 8 Update 31.

    Uhm could you clarify what you are doing?

     

    You try to access the SSLVPN web Portal via https://yourforigate login, and try to use the RDP function from the web portal?

    Are you getting any error messages? Have you tried adding the domain to the trusted list?

     

    Go to Control Panel > Java

    This opens the Java Control Panel

    In the Security Tab select "Sitelist" and add your Domain/IP to the list

    yes, add ip to expcetion site list. No error prompt.

    I encounter the same problem and it appears only when I'm RDP into Windows Server 2012. It works fine with Windows Server 2008r2. I suspect there is some incompatibility issue in the new RDP protocol?
