User not partially authenticated error

I'm new about Fortiauthenticator, I got some errors from 2 spesific user as "user not partically authenticated" when they want to login. How can I debug them ? Can you please help me ?

      Hi,

      there is some dozen of possible authentication scenarios or more in FortiAuthenticator (FAC hereinafter) and so short snippet of log message is not enough for any serious answer. From my point of view it might be related to at least FAC Agents, FortiToken PUSH, RADIUS, 2FA via API.. maybe more. So.. What's the FAC version ? What's your auth design ? Where is the error seen ? .. as many details as possible. And then we might be able to answer. Alternatively open ticket with Fortinet support.
