Upgrading HA Pair

We are new with Fortimanager and would like to know if there is anything special about upgrading two Fortigates that are in High Availability mode. I don't see any special instructions in the user guide, so I assume Fortimanager knows how to handle this properly, but just wanted to verify. More specifically, when it reports back that it is 100% done, does that mean that both master and slave have been updated and that I can continue with my next upgrade in the upgrade path?
