routing problem between vlan

Hello I have a network as in the diagram. the problem is that when connecting from pc to server 1 ping is 1ms as it connects to fortigate 100f i have ping 8ms but how to connect to server 2 ping is 16ms. can you reduce the time to server 2 to 8 ms as to fg 100f ??
