Problem with reports

Anybody can help me with the configuration of a FG110c, because i can' t make reports in a FA100B. My problem is that i have another FG110C with VDOM and Port interfaces and is working Fine, but in this new one i haven' t VDOM and is working transparent switch, somebody can give me a configuration to make work this FG? Or can tell me what i have to do? which sensors or something like that, i' m new working with Fortinet Thaks a lot

hello and welcome, it' s not clear at least for me what' s exactly your problem; could you elaborate a bit? Did you configure your new 110C for logging into your faz 100B? Did you receive logs in the FAZ? (The 110C is already registered and logging?) All above is ok, but you cannot configure a report for that new unit? If you post detailed info, will be more opportunities so somebody can give a hand to you. regards

Yes i configure the 110C for logging to FA100B. I receive logs and both are communicated. Yes is registered and logging. Yes my problem are the reports i can' t make reports in the FA The FG have a version 4.0 and the FA have 4 MR2. I have to do a sensor in UTM->DLP->sensor->edit and make rules that i want to report, but i need another sensor or something? What i need to know is the configuration i need to do in the FG to make reports.

It remains unclear what do you mean by ' i can' t make reports in the FA' Are your reports blank or no reporting data? Or is there an error message? Maybe your logs doesn' t match your report layout configuration; Maybe it' s a good time to check Analyzer docs for 4.0 http://docs.fortinet.com/fa40.html regards

Abel Cheque lo que me dices y si hay conectividad entre en FG y el FAZ y genero reportes de web y email pero no de mensajeria hago lo mismo para configurar los diferentes reportes pero el en FAZ el de mensajeria sale vacio, tambien cuando trato de editar algun sensor en DLP no me aparece completa la pagina no se si sea problema de certificados o algo asi lo que pasa es que el FG ya estaba configurado asi y no se muy bien porque no funciona. Como te comente el FAZ sale vacio en IM revise el DLP y todo esta bien configurado habilitado logueo y el sensor.
