hi, i have setup my fortigate 60 to nat to my ftp server. i wonder how can i put a loging inside the fortigate who trying nat to my ftp server

    Click : Firewall ->Policy and Create New Button Click. Settings:
    External -> İnternal External_All ->Internal_All Always FTP Accept

    ----or----- if your FTP Server is single machine then
    Firewall ->Address->Create New Address Name : myFTP IP Range : your ftp server machine IP OK Button Click thereafter: Firewall ->Policy and Create New Button Click.

    if some user from outside try login to my ftp server, do fortigate will log their ip in the log and report. i just want it to log the ip of the user. the nat is working perfect. thanks, for your guidance

    I believed for Fortigate60 they don' t have internal h/disk for logging purposes, you need to set a syslog server elsewhere where you can then configure your Fortigate 60 to log any suspicious activity or rule on it. Rgds, Shamsul
