Multiple HTTPS websites blocked by Hotspot.Shield AC

Hi all,

Starting from about 6:30am on 1st JAN 2020 (Australian Eastern DST) we found a number of websites getting blocked.  Took us some hours top diagnose.  We believe that they are being blocked by Application Control (Proxy grouping, Hotspot.Shield).

Wondering if anyone else has noticed anything similar?  Either the Hotspot.Shield specification has been modified, or some new device has been put into the path between us and the websites which is triggering a False Positive.

    Just as quickly as this appeared, it has disappeared again.

    I still don't know whether it was a "bad signature" in application control, or whether it was a device in the network path upstream of us which has since been modified or removed.
