Ipsec remote access sometimes connect

Hi

 

I created an ipsec remote access tunnel on fgt but it connects only once or twice a day. When it does not connect, the forticlient vpn shows "can not start session to ipsec daemon."

Hi Reza,

 

- check the compatibility of fortigate and forticlient version. You may refer to release notes of fortigate or forticlient.

- Try update Forticlient version to see if the issue persist.

- If the error shows up in FortiClient mobile app (either Android/iOS), try install the app in PC/laptop and test.

- You may also check if any error in VPN logs fortigate.
