Fortinet Sizing

Good Afternoon 

I hope you are doing well . One of my customers need Fortinet that matches one of the following options:

Option 1 : A device supports 100 concurrent IPSEC VPN tunnels.

Option 2 : A device supports 200 concurrent IPSEC VPN tunnels.

Option 3 : A device supports 300 concurrent IPSEC VPN tunnels.

So kindly advice which device can fit in each option.
