CPU overload

Hi everyone today on morning about 8 o clock the internet stopped to work and I could not access to the fortigate I thought that there is a loop but I could to get an IP address from fortigate DHCP so I unplugged and plugged the power from the device but still nothing worked just after 10 minute I succeed to connect to the fortigate to see the CPU working on 99-100 % for something like 5 minute and suddenly everything started to work well the same thing happened yesterday more or less on the same time there is any option to know what happened ?

What device we are talking about?

Which Firmware you use?

Do you use diag sys top to see which process causes the high load?

fortigate 60D

Firmware Version v5.2.5,build701

I could not connect to the fortigate to run any command I wonder if there any way to see the problem in system log

You must connect via SSH Console to execute the cli command. I have also a FG60D with the latest Firmware but haven't yet seen this behavior. Which UTM features are enabled? IPS/Antivirus /Scheduled Vulnerability Scan? This causes sometimes heavy loads to the cpu.
