call and they tried the same setting from the command line. This was the

Continuing on diagnostics; I brought down that tunnel, rebooted firewall
and attempted to edit... no-joy, same message, -9999:-9999. (Since
rebooting the firewall takes the entire company offline, I can only do
that in the wee hours of a weekend.) So...
