Thanks. I couldn’t try the Telnet test from my iPad but had the same
issue from the airport lounge. Since I’ve never, ever had a problem
using my MacBook laptop from any hotel or airport lounge network, I’m
thinking it’s an issue with the iOS version...
Thanks and you're right but no, that's what I'm saying. The machine is
not going to sleep. The connection drops when I am actively using the
machine. Like I'll be typing an email or in a document and then suddenly
it drops.
OK, but even when the VPN drops, everything else about my machine's
network connection (e.g. web browsing outside of the VPN connection) is
still active. Also, the MacBook Air has the same settings and I don't
have the problem there.
I'm having this problem too on a Mac Mini (M1). The connection drops
irregularly throughout the day. I've done lots of various tests and can
share all of the following data points:* Not related to idle (it happens
sometimes when I am actively typing)...
