Following this procedure, either in 1-click launch or manual launch,
with 5GB + 30GB disks or with 2 x 500GB disks, the installation always
fails (cannot SSH the VM, cannot access to the web console) with the
following LVM errors that can be displaye...
This was done several times already, as I tried to launch the AMI with
different setup (instances types, hard drive size, 1-click launch vs
manual launch) but it always fails.
